Proper cleaning procedures and use of chemically-compatible cleaners are important in maintaining the performance of acrylic and polycarbonate windows and domes.

• Never scrape with razor blades or other sharp instruments.
• Never use benzene, leaded gasoline, acetone, or carbon tetrachloride.
• Do not clean in hot sun or elevated temperatures.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

• Wash windows and domes with mild soap or detergent and luke-warm water.
• Using a SOFT cloth or sponge, gently wash the sheet to loosen dirt and grime.
• DO NOT SCRUB with anything abrasive.
• Rinse well with clear water and dry thoroughly with a chamois or dry cloth to prevent spotting.

SCRATCH REMOVAL

• Hairline scratches and minor abrasions can be removed or minimized by using a mild automobile polish. Test a small, inconspicuous area first before using in larger areas. Be sure to buy a brand that both fills and polishes.
